    Genesis Audio Limited stands behind the quality of everything we sell and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.


    If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, return your merchandise by returning it directly to our store, or by contacting your salesperson to expedite it's return.


    Merchandise must be purchased at Genesis Audio Limited to qualify for returns. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be returned with all original materials: remote control, accessories, box and packaging materials etc. There will be a fee charged for merchandise that is incomplete and missing essential components. Genesis Audio Limited does not refund items without a valid receipt. For fastest service, bring your receipt with you.

    We are able to issue credits or checks typically within two business days of receipt.
