    We begin with you. Through a series of conversations with you and presentations by us we try to arrive at a successful solution that works best for you.
    This is a process and is accomplished by five stages:
    Discover, Define, Develop, Install and Maintain.

    DISCOVER
    The process starts with an interview with you so we can discover what your needs are, your lifestyle, your goals and vision. We talk with our clients, and help stimulate and refine their ideas and advising them on appropriate solutions. We clarify where you want to go, and how we can help you get there. We often suggest options that you may not be aware of and aspects of the project that might be implemented now, or perhaps later. Overall, we just want to get to know you, what you're thinking and where you want to be and how we can get you there.

    DEFINE
    Together we define the specifics of the project are: dates of beginning and completion, budget criteria, site inspection, room dimensions, physical size of project, scope of project and its complexity. We review all your blueprints and any CAD or mechanical / electrical drawings. We work to clearly define all the physical dimensions and specifics and get those established early. Good design is more than just creating drawings, and establishing specifications, it's about defining appropriate and easy-to-use solutions for your every-day needs.

    DEVELOP
    After our interviews, and a thorough review of all the project specifics, we develop a proposal that details the entire project: project description, components to be used, associated costs of components and labor. We review this proposal with you to be clear about the project and everything that is involved. When you approve the proposal - we move forward.

    INSTALL
    The installation process can be scheduled to fit your time schedule. We encourage planning a minimum of six weeks in advance for our best availability. We do not subcontract our labor. We are always in control of every aspect of the installation, including who is in your home and at what times. The installation also includes a review of the system and how it functions with you and your family. We want you to be comfortable and proficient with your new system.

    MAINTAIN
    We are believe that there are no shortcuts to achieving a quality installation. We are here to maintain your long-term satisfaction of the system. Most often, very little maintenance is needed. If there are any adjustments or refinements to be made to your system, often we are able to make them from the network. This means we can do it without an onsite visit. The advantages are significant in ways you'll appreciate: a quick response, faster diagnosis and a lower cost to you!

    If an on-site visit is necessary, we will come out and resolve these issues, usually very quickly, and always at a time that works for you.

    We want you to be satisfied with the purchase over the long term, not for the short term sale. We have been in business for 17 years and plan to be in business for another 17 years, and a big part of that is our commitment to our customers for the life of their installation.
