  • Distributed Video | Televisions | Bar

There are some locations where large televisions are not possible, and implementing existing "old school" televisions is a practical reality. In this installation at a very attractive home bar, we leveraged older televisions, but updated their capabilities with access to all video media, DVR, DVD and cable channels. The net result is an installation that serves its owners very, very well.

  • Distributed Video | Televisions | Mounts

This installation featured a large open space that surrounded the bar, and the client wanted to have video entertainment that would help define the space and keep everyone in the bar area - entertained.

  • Home Theater | Televisions | Speakers | Bookshelf

In this installation, the client wanted to have their home theater be almost invisible or "stealth" solution - but without compromising the quality of sound. If you look closely you can see the REVEl bookshelf speakers placed on stands that flank the fireplace hearth. We hid the REVEL subwoofer behind the large fern on the far right. We placed the receiver in the utility / HVAC closet and the control was handled by CRESTRON. All the high-tech clutter of receivers, cable box, DVR, DVD, CD player were all hidden, but always at hand via the remote control. Since the client did not want the visual clutter of a center-channel speaker, the receiver was set to "phantom" mode and with the high dispersion of the REVEL speakers, the acoustic performance was excellent. While we do encourage the use of dedicated center-channel speakers, there are often excellent solutions to create the home theater that perfectly fit your style.

  • Distributed Audio | Speakers | In-ceiling

Distributed audio allows your music to follow you - everywhere. In this installation, a single stereo speaker is used. Single stereo speaker? Yes, SPEAKERCRAFT offers you to enjoy both the left and right channels play through a single speaker. Dual tweeters and a summing network for both channels enable a single speaker and enclosure to play full stereo in one tidy product.

  • Home Theater | Projectors | Control | lifts

The owners of this rustic living room asked for a home theater solution that would be invisible when not in use. Yes, a stealth solution. To accomplish this, two solutions were implemented: a STEWART motorized drop down screen and an AUTON motorized drop down projector lift. The finished product works perfectly. While the screen was a 4:3 aspect ratio, there are other screen solutions that have self-masking technology that allow a single screen to serve legacy 4:3 screen formats, 16:9 and 2.35:1. STEWART and AUTON provide technologies that are proven, reliable and allow for appealing solutions in even the most challenging projects.
