DIRECTOR OF SALES

Years in the AV Industry: 29 years

Career Focus: Company sales, quality of installation and most importantly, client satisfaction.
Professional Skillsets: What Chris brings to Team Genesis is his experience in managing complex projects in a way that never become burdensome to the installation process or to the client. He has years of experience working with architects, builders and interior designers and homeowners and is able to translate their goals, budgets and visions and make them a reality.

BOB DOLEN
PROJECT MANAGER

Years with Team Genesis: 21 years
Years in the AV Industry: 34 years

Career Focus:  Managing projects from idea to completion.
Professional Skillsets: Bob is focused on perhaps the simplest and most challenging, and to us, the most essential: that the project is well designed, well implemented and completed with no loose ends. The outcome is a well executed installation and satisfied customers… and every day, every year, he keeps it that way.

SHOWROOM MANAGER

Years in the AV Industry: 39 years

Career Focus:  High performance audio and order management.
Professional Skillsets: What Don brings to Team Genesis is his experience and passion with audio. He is very experienced in understanding the customers needs and explaining technical terms in ways that customers can relate to. He is a long time owner of high-end audio speakers and amplifiers, such as Ayre, Mark Levinson and JBL. His journey makes him a good guide to select the right gear and get the best performance for the dollar.

BRIAN SHEATZLEY
DESIGN CONSULTANT

Years with Team Genesis: 25 years
Years in the AV Industry: 279years

Career Focus: Home theater audio & video performance, networking, automation.
Professional Skillsets: What Brian brings to Team Genesis is his deep understanding of video for both residential and commercial applications. He has a vast experience with Sony video products and Anthem video processors. He is very skilled at translating the customers vision and the project location, needs and budgets into precise technical needs, specifications and products that will fulfill their expectations.

KYLE JOHNSON
DESIGN CONSULTANT

Years with Team Genesis: 10 years
Years in the AV Industry: 16 years

Career Focus: Project design & management, residential solutions, custom commercial solutions.
Professional Skillsets: What Kyle brings to Team Genesis is his ability to translate customers project aspirations or desires into workable, practical and on budget solutions.  Kyle has a strong background in custom installations, especially with in-wall and in-ceiling speakers from KEF, Paradigm and Revel, and the latest hidden or stealth television lifts. He is constantly trying to streamline the design & installation process to increase the customer’s satisfaction with the vision,  installation and the finished product.

Years in the AV Industry: 22 years

Career Focus: Networking, wiring, technical platforms and installation process.
Professional Skillsets: What Chris brings is 22 years of AV & networking in residential and commercial projects. One of his passions is solving why components aren’t performing to the level they should and uses his career experience to ensure that they perform at their best.

TOM HEDLUND
LEAD TECHNICIAN

Years with Team Genesis: 10 years
Years of AV Industry: 17 years

Career Focus:  Implementing and installation of technology and audio video.
Professional Skillsets: Tom has many skill sets and that is what makes him so valuable on Team Genesis. He is very capable in low voltage, but he is very adept at networking, and installing system protocols, all are critical to a reliable solution.

ZAC BOONE
INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Years with Team Genesis: 4 years
Years in the AV Industry: 16 years

Career Focus: Project design, specification and fabrication
Professional Skillsets: Zach is very capable with low voltage, but his fabrication skills and experience allows us to provide custom solutions in wood, metal and fiberglass.  These skills are greatly appreciated when often there are installations that require solutions when there are limited options.

BOB KING
WAREHOUSING MANAGER

Years with Team Genesis: 5 years
Years in the industry: 21 years

Career Focus: Electronics, retail service, organization and process.
Professional Skillsets: What Bob brings to our team is his deep experience in warehouse management, that allows our project managers to be able to have confidence in the staging of the entire order so that it’s ready for installation.

BROCK KOBERNA
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Years with Team Genesis: 6 years
Years in the Industry: 14 years

Career Focus:  Operational planning, marketing.
Professional Skillsets: What Brock brings to Team Genesis is ensuring that all orders with our vendors, including materials, cables, and all the needed components are ordered, accounted for, and ready to implement by our installation team.

KAREN SENTERS
Director Human Resources

Years with Team Genesis: 27 years
Years in industry: 33 years

Career Focus:  Management Practices and Client Advocate
Professional Skillsets: Karen brings her keen sense of what needs to be done and when, allowing  our Team Genesis to serve our customers at the highest level. She is one of the reasons Genesis Audio has been awarded for over two decades, the highest business rating possible from the Better Business Bureau of A+.

Kathy hedlund

Career Focus: Finance, bookkeeping, account management.
Professional Skillsets: Kathy keeps the office, and our vendors all in alignment and our main office running smoothly with both a great sense of humor and unquestionable professionalism.
