1. DISCOVERY
Your project begins with a consultation with our dedicated home theater experts. This is where we learn everything about your needs and preferences so we can propose a theater design that fits your needs, expectations and budget.
2. SYSTEM DESIGN
After the discovery meeting we will craft a design that addresses your expectations and performance priorities. We define what the features, capabilities and performance. We’ll review that with you and integrate your feedback before moving on to the next stage.
3. ENGINEERING
Once we have approval on the scope of work and budget, we’ll create an in-depth proposal with design with details and specifications. We make the effort to provide clarity at every step so the final project is in line with the approved design.
4. IMPLEMENTATION
At the job site, our project manager oversees the work of our technicians to deploy the engineered scope of work. We provide you with a calendar schedule of what will be done when.
5. QUALITY & CALIBRATION
Our project manager performs full quality control checks, finalizes system integration as well as educate you on the operation of the system. Each finished project is fully calibrated by our technicians to ensure optimal audio and video performance. We do not subcontract any of our installation work.
6. SUPPORT
After installation, we ensure our clients enjoy a high level of service experience to keep their home theater running smoothly for years.
